Sparkle Skool provides digital SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solutions where access and service usage begin immediately upon activation, and therefore, all payments made toward license fees, subscription charges, customization work, training services, onboarding support, or implementation fees are considered final and non-refundable, except under specific exceptional conditions. Refunds may only be considered if a significant platform malfunction, caused solely by Sparkle Skool and not by user negligence, third-party interference, internet connectivity, external hosting issues, or misconfiguration, prevents customers from using essential system features, and such issues remain unresolved despite multiple service attempts. Refunds are not applicable for partially used subscriptions, unused modules, optional add-ons, service upgrades, renewal payments, delayed usage, payment made due to misunderstanding, or institution staff-related errors. Cancellation of subscription services will prevent future billing but does not automatically guarantee a refund for the current active billing cycle. It is the responsibility of the user or institution to disable automatic subscription renewal before the next billing cycle, as no refunds will be issued for renewal payments processed after service renewal date. Any refund request, if approved, will be processed within seven to fifteen working days through the original mode of payment, after deducting applicable taxes, gateway charges, and processing costs. Sparkle Skool reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account without refund in case of payment disputes, policy violations, legal breaches, data abuse, fraudulent use of services, or misuse of system privileges. Continued use of the platform after policy modification or renewal indicates full understanding and acceptance of these conditions. All refund-related decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of Sparkle Skool.
